2008 Toyota Camry Specification- Trim
The 2008 Toyota Camry is a carryover from the 2007-year model. This four-door mid-sized Sedan is designed by Toyota Motors Corporation. It is perfect for accommodating five passengers at a time. The Camry has been one of the best selling cars in the United States since 1997. As the 2008-year model, it comes in five different trim levels, including the Camry Hybrid. In total, this year there are eight models of Camry launched in the market, like:

Camry Base
The base Camry, which was earlier known as CE comes exclusively with a four-cylinder engine, while for the higher trims, one can have their preference between a four-cylinder or a V6 engine. The manual transmission is standard for the base model, but it can be upgraded with a five-speed automatic transmission. Moreover, the base model also comes with other standard features like air conditioning, cruise control, power windows and mirrors, manual tilt-and-telescope steering wheel, a multi-function information display unit with outside temperature, a 160-watt stereo with six speakers, a 60/40 split-folding rear seat, along with 16-inch steel wheels.
Camry LE and Camry SE
The Camry LE and LE V6 have the same features like the base models. The additional features include an eight-way power driver's seat and remote keyless entry. All the V6 models get life with a 3.5-liter engine that gives 268-horsepower when mounted with a standard six-speed automatic with manual shift. The sporty Camry SE and SE V6 have a firmer, lowered suspension and flashy styling cues. It also has a unique interior trim, fog lights and P215/55R17 tires on 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels.
Camry XLE and Camry XLE V6
The higher class Camry XLE has glossy wood-grain interior trim and has standard automatic transmission. Leather covered seats are standard on the XLE V6 models. The XLE models also have dual-zone auto climate control with an electronic ion filter, a JBL audio upgrade with 440 watts, Bluetooth wireless telephone interface, power passenger seat, split 40/20/40 reclining rear seat, rear reading lamps and 16-inch alloy wheels.
Camry Hybrid
The 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid gets life with a four-cylinder engine that gives 147 horse power when mated with a continuously variable (CVT) automatic transmission. The Hybrid is equipped with the Toyota's Smart Key pushbutton-start feature. All the 2008 Camry models come with a good amount of safety features. Like a number of airbags, anti-lock brakes (ABS), Vehicle Stability Control and Traction Control.
